Kevin W. Tourangeau
Kevin Tourangeau is a founding partner of Randol Capital Partners, LLC. Kevin served at the corporate level of ConAgra Foods for seven years as its chief manufacturing / operations officer responsible for creating value through supply chain efficiencies and rationalization. In this capacity, he was responsible for capital expenditure management as well as developing acquisition strategies for the company and leading the supply chain side of the company’s acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to this, Kevin served as the President of Randol Management Consultants, LLC, which he founded in 1988. His track record in management consulting includes over twenty years in various industries with a heavy concentration in packaged goods. His private equity experience started with four years of service to RJR Nabisco as KKR created value in both its domestic and international food and tobacco operations. Kevin’s packaged goods experience extends to well-known companies such as Kraft Foods, Tyson Foods, Swift & Company, Colgate-Palmolive, Lifesavers Candy, Maxwell House Coffee Company, Post Cereals and Planters Peanuts. Prior to becoming a consultant, Kevin held management positions with Bell Canada, the Bank of Montreal and Microsystems International. Kevin is a published author with various books on Zero-Base Budgeting and another book titled Strategy Management published by The McGraw-Hill Company.


John S. McKeon
Jack McKeon is a Managing Director of Randol Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to this, he served as a senior executive for ConAgra Foods from 1993 to 2005. He joined that company as the president of Golden Valley Microwave Foods, the world’s leading manufacturer of microwave popcorn. He next headed-up the billion dollar Snack Food division for ConAgra Foods after acquiring GoodMark Foods (including the Slim Jim and Pemmican meat brands) and David’s sunflower seeds. Jack completed his career at ConAgra as president of the Venture Development Group, responsible for acquiring and managing emerging food businesses for the company. This included the Culturelle and LightLife (vegetarian meat-like products) businesses owned by the company. Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, Jack was a principal for 17 years in an investment banking business that specialized in food industry mergers and acquisitions. He was also a founding partner of The Food Fund, a venture capital company based in Minneapolis. Jack is currently the Chairman of the Board for Hawkins, Inc. and a Board member for Faribault Foods, Inc., both of Minneapolis. From a value creation perspective, Jack’s primary role is to push sales growth in portfolio companies including new product and channel development as part of the respective value creation plans.


Raymond J. DeRiggi
Ray DeRiggi is a managing director of Randol Capital Partners, LLC. Ray was a founding director of the Orange County Business Bank in 2003 targeting small to mid-sized businesses in California. Prior to that, he worked for ten years at ConAgra Foods starting as the President of its United Specialty Foods Ingredients division in Chicago and progressing to be the President and COO of the ConAgra Grocery Products Company, a $4 billion organization in Irvine, California. Ray served as the President and COO of ConAgra Refrigerated products, a packaged meats and dairy division of the company and concluded his association as the President and COO of ConAgra Specialty Meats, a foodservice division. Ray also worked eighteen years for Pet Incorporated in St. Louis where he started in the Controller’s department, progressed to the presidency of the Specialty Printing division and went on to become the President of the Whitman’s Chocolate division. He concluded his career at Pet with a two-year assignment as the corporate Vice President of Operations and a three-year assignment as the corporate Executive Vice President of Sales just prior to its acquisition by Pillsbury. Early in his career, Ray held financial positions with Johnson Controls, Supermarkets General Corp and Amerada Hess Corp. He is a CPA and an MBA while holding a bachelors degree from Seton Hall University.


Frank E. Davis
Frank Davis is a Managing Director of Randol Capital Partners, LLC. Frank served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Schwan’s Bakery, Inc. in Atlanta for five years. Prior to that, he worked as the Executive Vice President of Operations for the ConAgra Grocery Products Company, a $4 billion organization in Irvine, California from 1998 to 2002. He also was the Vice President of Operations for USFI in Chicago from 1996 to 1998, a spice and dry vegetable subsidiary of ConAgra Foods where he was responsible for the acquisition and integration of Gilroy Foods. Frank was the President of Cal-Compact in Santa Ana for four years, a global leader in capsicum and paprika ingredients. He was a Vice President of Operations for Newly Weds Foods, a global leader of food coatings. Frank started his career with Brach’s Candy in Chicago where he rose from an hourly position to Plant Manager. From a value creation perspective, Frank’s primary role is to develop and implement supply chain productivity improvement strategies in portfolio companies including manufacturing network design, contract manufacturing and operational improvement. This includes the supporting capital expenditure plans and asset optimization programs.


Tony S. Fostvedt
Tony Fostvedt is a Managing Director of Randol Capital Partners, LLC. Tony served as the president of UD Enterprises in 2006, a broker for food contract manufacturers. Prior to this, he worked for ConAgra Foods for thirteen years starting as a plant manager, rising to multi-plant management responsibility and concluding as the vice president responsible for close to half a billion dollars of contract supply manufacturing with over 200 outside vendors. While at the corporate level, Tony was also the leader of productivity improvement programs in the dairy, frozen foods, poultry and pork divisions of the company. Before ConAgra Foods, Tony worked for the Seaboard Corporation for four years in their poultry operations starting as an engineering manager and progressing to a plant manager position. He also worked for Hormel Foods as an industrial engineering specialist responsible for delivering productivity improvement projects in multiple processed meats plants. From a value creation perspective, Tony’s primary role is to push supply chain productivity improvement in portfolio companies including manufacturing strategy, contract manufacturing and operational improvement. This includes the strategic responsibilities relating to planning and managing capital expenditures in support of supply chain simplification and effectiveness.
